Binance’s Chief Compliance Officer (CCO) Noah Perlman recently announced that he will remain with the world’s largest cryptocurrency exchange despite some of its top executives resigning due to recent regulatory issues.

CEO Confirms Departures But Unrelated To Legal Problems

CEO Changpeng Zhao (CZ) confirmed the departures, but clarified that they were not related to any lawsuits coming from the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) or issues with the Department of Justice (DOJ).

Former CSO Patrick Hillmann said he resigned on good terms and will continue to support and respect Zhao.
